The room and hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to shopping centers and restaurants and of course Andy Griffith’s home.

The hotel and staff were great. The main negative we had was for what we paid we were expecting a hot tub and a warm indoor pool. The pool was cold and the hot tub had been removed and filled in with concrete. We would not have overpaid …

Beautiful hotel. The beds were soft and comfortable. Our room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Great friendly staff and was so happy I could stay here with my dog who I was traveling with. I wish more hotels were as nice as this one. Book here I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed overnight during a road trip. Honestly, spent maybe 8 hours in the hotel so we could get up and get back on the road. It was clean and comfy. The young lady who checked us in the night before was super nice. The morning one, eh, not so much. Breakfast was ok, but no signage was present (turkey sausage vs pork, etc). Eggs seems a little undercooked, but hot sauce kills them pesky salmonella, lol.

Stiff but comfortable bed plenty of room nice pool only missing the hot tub. Easy access to the hotel. Parking lot is a little small but considering the layout of the land all the parking is used up. Nice breakfast and good heating and cooling in the room

The only drawback to this hotel is the back ground level floor does not lock!! I didn’t like that. Judy and Kayla (front desk) are wonderful and gracious. Breakfast was the best Holiday Inn breakfast I’ve ever had. Hotel is clean and peaceful. We enjoyed this stop.

We had to stay I'm Mt Airy for a funeral. Saw this hotel, booked & was very pleased with everything. Our room was very clean which is all we care about. Breakfast was delicious & a big variety. Will visit again!
